Configuration items to change to your needs:

Size width and size height should be fitted to meet the possibility's of the template you use.
Changing the size after uploading pictures will not change the size of the previous loaded pictures, you have te remove and upload then again !!

So make sure this fits your needs by trying some settings first before going into production mode.
