I could not find the right component, but found one that hat the potenial to fit my needs.

A recipe manager from Joomlaitalia ! I begon to rewrite it to fit the more general need for this kind of component.

The component is then tested and ran on this site.
I released it to the extensions directory of Joomla and it has been approved as a valid component.

There are some things i will try to get into the next release, just for it to get better.
- Integration of the editor into the decription, instruction and notes fields
- better image managment module
- mutiple images per product

But this will take a long period of time to realise as I am not an full-time developer but just doing this in my spare time, which is not a lott :-(
